Refund and deposit policy

 At Iris Ink & Needle, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their tattoo and piercing journey. To maintain the quality of our work and uphold the professionalism of our services, we have implemented the following deposit and refund policy:

Tattoo Drawing/Layout: A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required for the creation of a personalized drawing or layout for your tattoo. This deposit ensures the dedication of our artists' time and expertise to craft a design tailored to your vision. While this fee is nonrefundable, it will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo session.

Tattoo Session Booking: To secure your tattoo session, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit not only reserves your appointment but also contributes to the preparation and arrangement required for a successful and personalized tattoo experience. The $100 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Piercing Appointments: For all piercing appointments, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required upfront. This deposit is essential to confirm your reservation and covers the initial expenses associated with the piercing process. The 50% deposit will be subtracted from the total cost at the time of your appointment.
